To look at the seasons and blossoms,

To touch them,

To see the same sun and moon rise,

Map the same constellations above the skies,

To feel life in every breath like they did,

What are we if not for them,

Or, what we are not, if not them…

What a breathtaking tribute. The idea that the courage of those who came before us is still active—alive 'in breath, in bone'—is such a powerful framework for resilience. It is so easy to shrink when life gets heavy, but remembering that we are the literal continuation of people who refused to break is incredibly grounding. Thank you for this beautiful reminder to take up space with calm joy and to live on our own terms.
